Top 5 Investing and Financial Management Apps on iOS in Romania, Q2 2025

In the second quarter of 2025, the iOS market in Romania saw various trends in the performance of top investing and financial management applications. According to data from Sensor Tower, these apps demonstrated distinct patterns in downloads and active user engagement.

Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto showed a notable spike in weekly downloads, peaking at around 6.9K in mid-April, before stabilizing at approximately 1K towards the end of the quarter. The app maintained a healthy weekly active user base, starting at about 59.7K and experiencing fluctuations, eventually settling at approximately 43.8K by the end of June.

Crypto.com: Buy BTC, ETH & CRO observed a gradual decline in weekly downloads, starting from 1.2K at the beginning of April and decreasing to 615 by the end of June. Weekly active users also followed a downward trend, dropping from 26.6K to 18.3K throughout the quarter.

Pi Network experienced a significant decrease in downloads, from nearly 2K at the quarter's start to just 277 by the end of June. However, the app maintained a robust weekly active user count, which started at 183K and decreased to around 113K by the quarter's conclusion.

Trading 212 had consistent download numbers, with a peak of 1K in early April, tapering off to about 529 in late June. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, starting at 42.7K and ending at 37.4K.

xStation - Forex & CFD Trading also showed fluctuating download numbers, with a high of 1.1K in early April and stabilizing at around 512 by the end of June. The app's weekly active users hovered between 21K and 24K throughout the quarter.
